| Founder / Principal
Brian HT Lin is a registered architect in the United States, certified interior designer by NCIDQ , and LEED Accredited Professional by USGBC. He is the founder of BLIN (BLIN Design Group Limited), a multi-disciplinary firm engaging in master planning, architecture, and interior design. Mr. Lin holds a Master of Architecture in Urban Design from Harvard University with teaching experience at Hong Kong City University.
Mr. Lin has worked for design firms in The United States, Hong Kong, and Taiwan with experience in master planning, architecture, and interiors for a wide range of projects including resorts/hotels, mixed use complex, shopping centers, luxury commercial, high-end residences, schools, institutions, and enterprise headquarters spanning The United States and Asia Pacific.
With extensive experience and knowledge of hospitality design, Mr. Lin has worked on more than twenty hotel/resort projects with major hotel brands such as Shangri-La, Raffles, Le Meridiem, Marriott, Renaissance, Hilton, and Radisson in South East Asia, Korea, Taiwan, and China.
林宏宗

林宏宗先生是博研設計(博研規劃設計顧問有限公司)的創辦人 、 俱有多重專業身分，是美國註冊建築師、美國註冊室內設計師、及美國綠建築協會認證專業人員(LEED AP)。 博研設計俱備跨域設計能力，項目類型包含總體規劃、建築設計、及室內設計。林建築師擁有美國哈佛大學建築暨都市設計碩士學位也曾於香港城市大學擔任兼任講師。
曾服務於美國、香港、及臺灣多家著名建築設計公司，林建築師擁有豐富的跨領域設計經驗涵蓋總體規劃、建築設計、及室內設計，項目遍及美國及亞太地區、類型包含度假村/酒店、綜合體、購物中心、高端商業零售、高端住宅、學校、公共建築、及企業總部等。
林建築師擁有豐富的度假村/度假酒店設計經驗，參與超過20家度假酒店設計項目、包含香格里拉(Shangri-La)、萊佛士(Raffles) 、艾美(Le Meridien)、萬豪(Marriott)、萬麗(Renaissance)、希爾頓(Hilton)、麗笙(Radisson)等五星級酒店品牌，地點遍及東南亞、韓國、臺灣及中國。
HUNG HSUAN LAI

Mr. Lai is a certified interior designer. He graduated from ELISAVA Superior School of Design with master degree of interior design in Spain. He has worked for renown interior and architecture design firms in Barcelona, China, and Taiwan and recently won the Taiwan Golden Pin Award. He is also a part time lecturer at Da-Yeh University.

| 設計合夥人
具建築物室內設計及建築物室內裝修工程管理乙級技術士資格，畢業於西班牙ELISAVA高等設計設計學院室內碩士，曾工作於巴塞隆納JOSEPLLOBET建築師事務所，大陸工程顧問公司及台灣知名建築師事務所專案經理，任教於大葉大學空間設計系講師，設計項目範疇從室內設計到建築設計，2022年設計桐林國小教室「桐學苑」獲得台灣金點獎標章。
